1. Drop-by personally at the HBR Office located at Suite 709, No. 60 Northridge Mansion, Road 13, Pagasa, Quezon City.

Just bring the photocopy of your lot plan and/or copy of your Transfer Certificate of Title (TCT). Our head design coordinator will be happy to talk to you and determine the price of requested blueprint.

2. Download BLUEPRINT PURCHASE FORM.

In case of impossibility to drop by, just SEND the downloaded form. If you have already chosen a blueprint package, please fill-out the purchase form below and send to HBR Publications via fax, snail mail, or email along with the bank deposit slip* of your initial payment. Upon receiving of this form we would be glad to set an appointment with our Design Consultant to discuss more details pertaining to your requirements.

Your initial deposit to be given to us will serve as part of our Design Contract Agreement. This amount is not refundable but deductible to the final cost of the blueprint. In line with this, we assure you of our high quality service because we value your time, effort and hard-earned money.
